3/6/2005

David injured his wrist and is likely to be out for a couple of weeks. Julia is away somewhere sunny on vacation. Abby joined the team as a sub, and Zak got Chris to play as well for the night as well, since Jimmy and Pam weren't there either.

Jimmy didn't make it. Mike's Dad and sister Jocelyn came to watch.

So we finished in 1st place, now to see if we can win the playoffs!

Since we were in 1st place we had a bye the 1st round.

In the 2nd round we played Think Twice (with Walter and Tim Dwyer). We won the 1st game, then after getting the lead 11-8, we proceeded to give up 7 points. We fought our way back, but when David started serving we were still down at game point 17-20. We won the game 23-21.

The finals were against Spiko Killers (Dave Hatch and Jim Armstrong's team). It was a tough match, but we were really playing like a team, and won both games to win the league going undefeated in playoffs!
